I had to reach out to Bebcare support about my order, and compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the response took a little longer than I expected. They did get back to me and helped sort things out in the end, but I had to follow up once before it was resolved. Not a bad experience, just average overall...

I picked up the Bebcare monitor mostly because I didn’t want another baby gadget that needed charging constantly. So far, the battery has been solid and it usually makes it through the night without any issue.

When I’m using it a lot during naps during the day, I do notice the battery drops quicker than I expected. It’s not a huge problem, but it’s something I’ve had to keep in mind, if that makes sense.

Overall, I’m happy with it. I just wish the battery indicator was a little more accurate so I had a better idea of when it actually needed charging

I’ve been pleased with the range so far. It reaches from upstairs down to the kitchen without any fuss, which is mainly what we needed it for. It did cut out once when I took it into the garden, so I wouldn’t count on it too much outside, but indoors it’s been reliable. Overall, no complaints.

The order did finally arrive, but it was a bit late. What annoyed me more were the constant reminders and follow-ups, they felt aggressive, especially when I was already waiting on the shipment.

I was feeling a little anxious setting up the nursery, so I picked this up mainly because of the low EMF feature. It’s been working well so far, and I sleep a bit easier knowing the baby isn’t right next to a constant signal all night.

It does the job for the most part, but the connection drops every now and then. I was expecting it to be a bit more reliable, so that part’s a little disappointing. Overall it works, just not as consistently as I hoped.

I was expecting the setup to take a little longer, but it worked right away. For me, that made the whole experience feel really smooth and hassle-free.

The sound has been working fine for me, but the video does get a little fuzzy sometimes at night. Maybe it’s just me or my setup, but I was hoping the picture would be a bit clearer in low light

Good price. Works well. No complaints. Really worth the money
